Need to reschedule? No biggie, just text, call or message me! If any appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. There will be no cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled before 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand when life doesn't necessarily go our way, please communicate and be honest when you are running behind. Any clients who run 5-15 minutes late will not be charged any late fee, but will be opting out of a blow dry/ style.
Late Policy
Once a client is beyond 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your services. If this happens more than one time, you will be blocked from booking any further appointments.

FAQ'S
Can I bring in my own products in for you to use?
Absolutely! I am more than happy to use your styling products and shampoos and conditioners. However, I will not use any chemical service products brought from home (color, bleach, perm solution, relaxers, keratin treatments)

Is a trim and haircut different costs?
No. A trim and a haircut are the same thing in regards to the process for me as your stylist. No matter how much hair I would be taking off, it takes the same amount of time.
